American Politics; Geography and Politics I am a PhD student studying American Politics. More specifically, my interest is in the dimensionality of politics, and the role of race, social identities, and group attachments on political behavior. Prior to coming to UCLA, I served in the Peace Corps both in Botswana and domestically in Oregon.
I am a PhD Student in Comparative Politics and Race and Ethnicity Politics. My research uses field experiments and insights from political psychology to study ethnic politics and voting behavior in South Asia and the United States. Before attending UCLA, I studied at the London School of Economics and the Symbiosis School of Economics.
