Biography

Vincent Doehr is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at UCLA. He is broadly interested in the
impact of discourses on constructing state interests in international relations, the role of
international law in settler-colonialism, and the international politics of legitimacy. His field
paper examines how states talk about Palestine at the United Nations. Aside from his
research, Vincent values his role as an educator and places an emphasis on inclusive and
critical pedagogies.
