Vincent Lorenzo Doehr
Biography
Vincent Doehr is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at UCLA. He is broadly interested in the social construction of state interests in international relations, the role of international law in settler-colonial processes, and the international politics of legitimacy. His field paper examines how the question of Palestine has been constructed primarily as a human rights agenda at the United Nations. Aside from his research, Vincent values his role as an educator and places an emphasis on inclusive and critical pedagogies.
