Biography

Monica Ramirez is a Political Science PhD Student at UCLA, focusing on Race, Ethnicity, & Politics (REP) and American Politics. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Public Policy Analysis. She is interested in how the structure of institutions shape variations in policy responsiveness and implementation, and how this relationship intersects with representation, race, and ethnicity.
