Research projects by students studying Political Science at UCLA can be intriguing, perplexing, multilayered, and even contradictory — but “sweet”?  PoliSci major and Daily Bruin contributor Joshua Scherer has made headlines and TV news in a number of places while blogging about food, this time it’s with his “ramnut” invention, a hybrid sweet that crosses ramen with a donut.
